Nashville Taps Pivotal for CRM Software
Pivotal Corp. has won a contract to provide customer relationship management software to the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tenn.
Pivotal Corp. won a contract to provide customer relationship management software to the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tenn., the company announced Oct. 31.
Pivotal of Vancouver, British Columbia, will implement the software in partnership with Link2Gov of Nashville, the company said.
The company declined to disclose the value of the contract.
The Pivotal solution provides comprehensive reporting tools that enable Metro Nashville to accurately determine budgeting, assign resources, make informed hiring and staffing decisions and assess levels of service and accountability.
When the software is installed, more than 600 Metro Nashville employees will have immediate access to critical information that will empower them to answer questions and solve problems for the region's 600,000 residents.
Link2Gov, an e-government solution provider and technology consultant, was awarded a contract in December 2000 to build a new Web site for Metro Nashville. The Web site will launch later this month, said Richard McKinney, Metro Nashville chief information officer.
Pivotal has 525 employees and had annual revenue of $95.3 million in fiscal 2001.
