CACI Finishes DSIC Acquisition
CACI International Inc. completed the acquisition of Digital Systems International Corp., moving the company closer to its goal of $1 billion in revenue per year by 2005.
CACI International Inc. completed the acquisition of Digital Systems International Corp., moving the company closer to its goal of $1 billion in revenue per year by 2005, the company said Nov. 1. Both companies are headquartered in Arlington, Va.
DSIC brings its core expertise in enterprise resource planning, broadening CACI's service menu for military and civilian federal agencies. The integration of DSIC will allow CACI to pursue larger government contracts and further collaborate with major contract partners, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but privately held DSIC had revenue of $55 million over the past 12 months. In its most recent financial statement, CACI projected that its fiscal year 2002 revenue, including DSIC, will be somewhere between $630 million and $660 million.
