The New York Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance is looking for a vendor to provide a solution to support its automated claiming system needs. The procurement is expected in the third quarter of 2001. The disability assistance office issued a request for information to collect data and possible solutions to guide the office's decisions regarding the system.
The Missouri Division of Purchasing and Materials Management and the Office of Information Technology intend to release a request for proposals for an e-government system that will allow citizens to make electronic transactions via the state's Web site. This procurement is expected in the fourth quarter of 2001.
The Office of Information Technology wants businesses to be able to file sales tax forms and payments, obtain tax identification numbers, file unemployment tax forms and payments, and perform most other business electronically with the state government. The office also wants the state to be able to purchase goods and services electronically.
The California Department of General Services expects to release an RFP for the California Department of Conservation's Division of Recycling for an integrated information system. The RFP is expected in the fourth quarter of 2001. The Department of General Services issued a request for information for the system, which will track beverage container recycling and litter reduction programs as well as the development of products made from recycled beverage containers.
The Delaware Administrative Office of the Courts will be developing an RFP for an integrated case management system for all courts in the state. The RFP is expected in the third quarter of 2001. The state wants a case management system in which all components are integrated, allowing both for a single point of data entry and for data to be shared across the justice system.
