He joins the firm from Asia where he was with the Asian Communications Practice. He will advise A.T. Kearney clients throughout the wireless industry.Herndon, Va.-based , a technology sales outsourcing solutions company, hired as its vice president of sales. He will be responsible for sales-related activities and play an instrumental role in providing increased focus and direction in support of selling client products. Previously, Day was vice president of sales for the eastern region at Novadigm.Research Triangle Park, N.C.-based , a developer of silicon-based network security solutions for IPSec and SSL, named as vice president of sales and marketing and as vice president of engineering. Corbacho has nearly two decades of sales and marketing experience. Most recently, he was North America sales director at Lucent Microelectronics. In his role at NetOctave, Corbacho will direct sales activities, execute market development strategies and oversee the company's direction.  Ebzery also brings nearly 20 years of experience in integrated circuit design, design management and technical sales. He joined NetOctave from Agere Systems (formerly Lucent Microelectronics). He is also the holder of two U.S. patents for logic and circuit design. In his new role, Ebzery will lead development and production activities for NetOctave's silicon-based network security solutions.  Washington, D.C., office appointed , a highly regarded expert on technology policy and telecommunications, as senior vice president. Prior to joining Edelman, Machowsky was vice president at Issue Dynamics Inc. (IDI). While at IDI, he served as executive director of iAdvance, a coalition chaired by former White House Press Secretary Mike McCurry and former Rep. Susan Molinari. In his new role, Machowsky will oversee daily operations and new business development, focusing on emerging issues such as privacy, copyright, technology industry development, disintermediation and consumer protection. He will also grow services in several areas: message development; outreach to the policy community and consumers; litigation support; mergers and acquisitions; media relations; coalition building; and, grassroots and grasstops efforts., Vienna, Va., a provider of personal authentication solutions for enterprise and Internet security, hired as executive vice president for field operations. He is responsible for the company's worldwide sales and support activities and he will lead the sales, systems engineering, customer support and professional services teams. Gray was previously CEO, president and director of the board at ION Networks, which was formerly called Microframe Inc., Vienna, Va., a network access solutions firm, appointed as general counsel. She will be responsible for all legal matters, including Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, corporate transactions, employee relations and litigation management. Rhodes, who has more than 20 years of legal experience in the communications, IT and biotech industries, joined ASC from Commerce One Global Services.
