OCT. 20 ? Tyler Technologies Inc. has won a five-year $4.7 million contract to provide systems and information outsourcing services to Denton County, Texas.

Dallas-based Tyler Technologies announced Oct. 18 that its Government Record Services unit will install a document management and imaging system known as 20/20 Perfect Vision for the Denton County Clerk's office.

The system will handle official public records, maps and plats, vital statistics and commissioners' court minutes, said company officials.

The Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area is located in Denton County. The company expects to complete the installation by the end of 2000.
