MAY 3 ? Dynamics Research Corp., a systems integrator based in Andover, Mass., has won five contracts totaling $36 million under the Air Force's Electronic Systems Center Information Technology Services Program.
Four of the contracts were recompetes of existing contracts for Dynamics. The fifth was a new deal in support of the ESC Standard Systems Group Software Factory in Montgomery, Ala.
The revenue is expected to come in over a one-year period that began in April.
"DRC continues to strengthen its position as a leading information technology services contractor at the Air Force Electronic Systems Center," said James Regan, president and chief executive of Dynamics Research. "These awards demonstrate our ability to retain follow-on work with a valued customer, and to grow our core defense services business in a very competitive environment."
Headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts, the Electronic Systems Center is responsible for the development and acquisition of command and control applications for the Air Force. The Information Technology Services Program was established as the primary source of information technology services for the center.
DRC, a long-term supplier to the Air Force's ESC, provides a broad range of system-oriented information technology services, including acquisition engineering, test and evaluation and data and financial management services.
