Imaging Technologies Corp. of San Diego appointed Christopher McKee as vice president of finance and operations. McKee comes to ITEC after 23 years at Flowserve Corp., where he served most recently as director of information technology.

Judy Plummer joined Al Shugart International, Soquel, Calif., as director of communications. She spent 12 years at Seagate Technology in a variety of positions.

IQ Financial Systems Inc. of New York, appointed Donald Wood as chief technology officer. He will be responsible for the development of software for financial institutions around the world. He joins IQ from SunGard Capital Markets and Infinity, both subsidiaries of SunGard Data Systems Inc.

Kathleen McCormick has joined SRA International Inc., Fairfax, Va., as director of business development in the health systems program. She was previously a senior science adviser for the Department of Health and Human Services, Agency for Health Care Policy and Research.

IMSI, Arlington, Va., hired Jim Litchko as general manager responsible for expanding the company's business ventures, supporting corporate evolution and promoting its security consulting services and product lines. Litchko has more than 25 years of experience with Trusted Information Systems, Secure Computing Corp., Telos Corp., the National Security Agency and the Navy.

Frank Campagnoni has been appointed chief technology officer at GE Information Services, Rockville, Md. Campagnoni was formerly chief technologist with AT&T Solutions and held positions with IBM and Sun Microsystems Inc.

Washington-based Sky Station International Inc. appointed Jack Frohbieter as chairman and CEO. Frohbieter had been president of his aerospace consulting company, JAF Associates, since 1996. He previously served as executive vice president and general manager of the Orbital Sciences Corp. Space and Electronics Group and as a member of the OSC board.

US Interactive in Malvern, Pa., appointed Marie Lavallee as senior recruiter. Lavallee will be responsible for all US Interactive offices, including Los Angeles, New York, Washington and Philadelphia.

ValiCert Inc. of Mountain View, Calif., named Martin Yam as vice president of sales. Before joining ValiCert, Yam served as vice president of sales and services for Accrue Software Inc.

Jane Scott Cantus has joined Christian & Timbers' Tysons Corner, Va., office as managing director. She was previously with Korn/Ferry International.

Houston Associates Inc., Arlington, Va., promoted Robert Collins to vice president of its newly created Applied Technology Services Division. He joined the company in February 1998 to expand its markets in the western United States.

Katherine Epes was promoted from chief technical officer to vice president of strategic programs at Solutions By Design Inc. of Vienna, Va. She will be responsible for defining strategic direction and pursuing strategic alliances. The company also promoted Kathleen Burns from project manager to vice president of consulting services. Burns will be responsible for managing client engagements. The company also promoted Cerise Johnson from director of marketing to vice president of business development, marketing and sales. She will be responsible for all sales, marketing and business development activities.
