Major contracts/projects: | Perot Systems is one of eight prime contractors selected by Veterans Affairs to help it maintain and sustain VistA, the agency''s clinical and administrative system used by more than 157 VA health care facilities and 887 ambulatory care and community-based outpatient clinics. The work is being conducted under a blanket purchase agreement worth more than $1 billion. The company was also hired in 2006 by the General Services Administration to provide system maintenance, user and enhancement support for the Computer-Aided Drawing Library project. The contract is worth $7 million. |
