Major customers: | Our top 3 customers include DHS's Customs and Border Protection, DHS's Immigration & Customs Enforcement, and GSA's Technology Transformation Services. | |
Major contracts/projects: | GSA’s Technology Transformation Services BPA: we lead several efforts across the agency, including standing up fraud operations, and enhancing the identity credentialing and management systems for Login.gov, providing branding support to Data.gov and Cloud.gov. Because of our reputation, external agencies have since awarded us work through this BPA: therefore, we also serve the IRS (Cyber Fraud Operations), CDC (Data Modernization) and VA (Identity Proofing). At Customs and Border Protection, on the BEAGLE contract (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading Edge IT), our team of 17 supports 50+ applications and leads 2 Data Warehouses - applying capabilities in agile management, system and software development, database architecture and design, and cybersecurity. These applications are critical to our national security: mobile applications interfacing with the intelligence, healthcare, and immigration communities - requiring 99.999% uptime. We consistently receive a >93% award fee rating. On our Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Performance Report Dashboard & Rightsizing Support contract (for the Office of Professional Responsibility) we lead intelligent automations, data analytics and visualization, performance metrics and reporting, and machine learning to advance data-driven decision making. The CPARS was ALL exceptional. Through human-in-the-loop automations we have given back the Office thousands of labor hours. |
