ManTech International has added a pair of executives to its intelligence business to focus on business development and program operations.

Gavin Greene is the new vice president of BD and Joseph Schneider has been named VP of program operations. The pair have a combined 50 years working in the U.S. intelligence community.

“Joseph is a proven leader in developing tools that advance program operations and performance, and Gavin will build on that platform, empowering our high-performance teams to drive strong, continuous growth,” Barbara Haines-Parmele, president of ManTech’s intelligence sector, said in a release.

Prior to joining ManTech, Schneider held senior roles at Leidos for 29 years. He most recently was vice president and division manager for mission information solutions and technologies to Leidos' intelligence community clients. He also has worked at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

Greene joins ManTech from the intelligence community team at KBR and was an advisory board member at Omni Federal.
