ManTech elevates insider to intelligence VP

Jen Rodriguez has been promoted from director to vice president of a key intelligence division at the company.
ManTech International has promoted from within its own ranks a new leader for a key intelligence sector division.
Jen Rodriguez, who was a deputy of the division, was named vice president. She will report directly to Barbara Haines-Parmele, president of the intelligence sector.
Rodriguez assumes responsibility for managing the growth and success of the division.
She joined ManTech in 2019 after stints with BAE Systems, Leidos and Science Applications International Corp. She is also a military veteran.
ManTech cited her program management skills and subject matter expertise supporting the mission of the intelligence community.
