The company is also saying good-bye to its chief operating officer, who will move into a senior adviser role.

Concurrent Technologies Corp. has promoted two of its own as the nonprofit firm builds out its leadership team to drive growth.

Kevin Pudliner is the new vice president of CTC's IT division. He previously was executive director.

Susan Van Scoyoc is now vice president of the firms energy, resilience and sustainability division. She is also a former executive director.

Those promotions take place amid the resignation of George Appley from his chief operating officer position. He has been with CTC for 34 years and will move into a senior adviser role.

The leadership changes take effect July 1.

The company is eliminating the COO role and seeking to streamline its leadership team. The new VPs will report directly to CEO Ed Sheehan Jr.
