CGI forms joint venture with service-disabled small business
The new entity will offer systems integration, managed services and consulting work to defense and civilian agencies.
CGI Federal has formed a joint venture with All In Solutions to focus on IT and application and consulting services for defense and civilian government programs.
The JV is called Adcredo IT Solutions and will offer systems integration and organizational change management experience to agencies. The Fredericksburg, Virginia-headquartered JV specializes in managed service, artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics offerings.
All In Solutions is a service-disabled, veteran- and women-owned small business led by retired Air Force Brig. Gen. Allison Hickey. She is also managing member of Acredo.
“We are ready to support VA (Veterans Affairs), Department of Defense, and other federal agency mission enablement needs by advancing their business objectives and fueling innovation quickly and accurately through managed services, IT solutions, application development and sustainment, and strategic initiatives,” Hickey said in a release.
