Mark Testoni will work with the senior leadership team and other board members on strategy, acquisitions and growth initiatives.
cBEYONData has appointed a new executive chairman for its board of directors in Mark Testoni, the former CEO of SAP National Security Services.
Testoni will work with CEO Dyson Richards, the board and the executive team on corporate strategy, marketing and growth as well as identifying acquisitions. He will also help guide the company’s solutions development.
“We are very excited to welcome Mark to the team as a thought leader in federal cloud-enabled solutions and to harness his experience and expertise to apply to our product and services portfolio,” Richards said in a release Tuesday.
Testoni led the SAP NS2 subsidiary for 11 years and before that was an executive at Oracle. Before his time in the private sector, he had a 20-year career with the Air Force as an officer overseeing financial management, IT and logistics.
