Integral Federal's focus is on building the leadership team to drive growth into the federal market's middle-tier.
Integral Federal, a small business focused on intelligence and national security agencies, has hired Heather Dallara as senior vice president of business operations.
She joins from Amentum, where she served as vice president of contracts.
At Integral, she will oversee that company's growth and transformation efforts including acquisitions. She brings to Integral nearly two decades of national security experience in contracts, strategy, M&A integration and risk management.
Prior to Amentum, Dallara was vice president of defense contracts for General Dynamics' IT business.
