ADP adds SAIC CEO to board

The board of directors at Automatic Data Processing Inc., a provider of human resources management software, has elected a new member in Science Applications International Corp. CEO Nazzic Keene.

In a release, ADP touted Keene’s three-decade background in information systems and services and more than 20 years in executive management.

Keene became CEO of SAIC in August 2019 after nearly two years as its chief operating officer. She joined SAIC in 2012 and prior to that was senior vice president and general manager for U.S. enterprise markets at CGI.
