Vectrus hires former PAE exec Coracides

Vectrus has hired nearly 25-year supply chain and shared services veteran Mario Coracides as an executive vice president.

Coracides will oversee the company’s “Enterprise Vectrus” dimension that includes business advisory and program initiatives, according to a Thursday release.

Colorado Springs-based Vectrus cited his experience in applying Lean Six Sigma processes for global supply chains at both commercial and government companies.

Prior to Vectrus, Coracides was corporate vice president of global supply chain management at PAE and led a team of procurement, sourcing, logistics and six sigma team members focused on performance and digitization initiatives.

His career also includes supply chain leadership roles at Dresser-Rand, Finmeccanica, United Technologies Corp., Honeywell, General Electric and American Express.
