Devis hires Perspecta, GDIT vet Anstett

Government IT consulting firm Devis -- short for Development Infostructure Inc. -- has hired two-decade industry veteran Frank Anstett as president, the company said Monday.

Anstett more recently was vice president for civilian and homeland security at Perspecta and held the same role at one of its predecessor companies in Vencore.

Before Perspecta, he spent 10 years at General Dynamics' IT services business and as a vice president helped lead capture and delivery of services to civilian agencies.

He also held an 11-year career at Raytheon, where he also managed mission IT projects for civilian agencies.
