C2 promotes Rath to CEO

The company’s contract vehicle portfolio includes the Human Capital and Training Solutions contract jointly run by the General Services Administration and Office of Personnel Management, Navy Seaport-e and Federal Aviation Administration E-Fast.

Customers of C2 include OPM, the Air Force, Army and the Interior and Homeland Security departments.
