Army picks Envision for $45M software support contract
Small business Envision Innovative Solutions wins a five-year, $45 million Army contract for provide software and system support services.
Envision Innovative Solutions has won a five-year, $45 million contract to provide software and system support services to the Army’s Software Engineering Center.
The Army competed the contract as a small business set-aside and received seven offers, the Defense Department said in its Thursday contracts digest.
Manasquan, N.J.-based Envision will work with the center’s platform mission software equipment branch that helps operate the Army’s aviation navigation, communications, ground support avionics, command-and-control and tactical air traffic control systems during the development and integration phases.
A Deltek description of the contract lists requirements as including contract management, software configuration management, software transition and systems engineering support.
Work will take place through December 2022.
