Workforce services provider AE Strategies has won a five-year, $20.7 million contract to help the Navy formulate civilian human resources policy and guidance along with IT plans for HR functions.

The Navy received 11 offers for the contract that was competed as a 100-percent small business set-aside. Work will take place in Washington, D.C. through July 2022.

McLean, Va.-based AES will also carry out program oversight for HR services to support the Department of the Navy's office of civilian human resources.

AES was founded in 2003 and its client base includes organizations in the national defense, homeland security, criminal justice and natural resource management communities.
