Raytheon nabs $18.7M contract to support radar program

Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems has won a $18.7 million contract to provide the Navy with science and technology research in support of the Network Cooperative Radar Program.

Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems has won a $18.7 million contract to provide the Navy with science and technology research in support of the Network Cooperative Radar Program.

The base value of this contract is $17.7 million, according to the Defense Department.

Work will be performed in Tewksbury, Mass., and is expected to be completed in April 2017, or July 2018 with the option.

Five companies bid on this contract.
