Arlington Capital Partners and JMI Equity have sold Compusearch Software Systems Inc. to ABRY Partners, another private equity firm.
Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
ABRY Partners is buying a platform with a number of solutions including PRISM for federal acquisition lifecycle management, TopVue for program execution and deliverable support, and SpectrumCLM for contract lifecycle management processes.
Compusearch’s management team, as well as the company’s strategy and market leadership, will be unaltered as ABRY Partners picks up the company, and Compusearch’s clients will see no change, the company said in a release.
While under Arlington Capital Partners and JMI Equity leadership, Compusearch expanded its acquisition and program management solutions. ABRY Partners will further expand the impact that the company delivers for its clients, Compusearch said.
