Small biz wins $19.8M contract to support Navy submarines

Systems Engineering Associates Corp. has won a $19.8 million sole-sourced contract to provide the Navy with engineering services in support of the Extensible Markup Language Test Data Analysis Tool (XTDAS) used on all Navy submarines.

The XDTAS tool provides a portable, adaptable, and cost effective means for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and validating the required combat system data, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work will be performed at a number of locations within the United States and is expected to wrap up in May 2020.
