Who won February's biggest contracts?

February saw a dip in activity compared to January, but it still turned out to be a good month for government contracting. Who won the biggest contracts this month?

The second month of 2014 was a good month for contract awards, though not as active as January.

Washington Technology covered 43 contracts in February, just ten shy of last month’s 53.
