The Navy wants service-delivery services for the Marine Corps Enterprise Information Technology Center's Engineering Development Model at its Quantico, Va., base.The Enterprise IT Services program supports the Marine Corps' migration to network-centric operational warfare. The Enterprise IT Center will be a focal point for consolidation and realignment of Marine Corps applications, databases, networks and facilities. A technical staff will develop, deploy and maintain the network-centric enterprise services and necessary supporting infrastructure.Responses are due by June 28. Contact Mohamed Elmi at isicontracts@usmc.mil.The Air Force needs advanced technology for aircraft electro-optical/infrared threat warning, identification, countermeasures and targeting. The technology will add active detection of seeker and sensor threats to the classic reactive laser-based system.The system should be able to locate and counter electro-optical and infrared sensors that track aircraft. It also should prevent the launch of missiles and target handoff information of electro-optical/infrared seekers and sensors at ranges compatible with combat missions.Responses are due by July 12. The contractor must provide network security, security lifecycle management, governance, certification and accreditation and risk management services. Other services include security awareness, training and education, security engineering, cryptographic repair, cryptomodernization and cross-domain solutions.The contractor will do the work at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center in Charleston, S.C., in Washington and at other locations worldwide.
