The Army needs a local telephone-exchange services provider for Fort Gordon, Ga. The vendor's services must include local access for commercial subscriber lines, digital access trunks, local exchange digital trunks, transport channels, off-premise extensions, foreign exchange trunks and number portability.

The Air Force is looking for software tools to help analyze data collected from various survey instruments distributed to personnel throughout the service. The software must be Web-based and use a database management system for storing data. It also must allow data to be entered either by typing or importing text files, and must offer read-only views of data at all levels.
The system must have an option to view survey data as graphs, charts or in tabular format. It must be compatible with Air Force computer systems and comply with Defense Department and Air Force policies.

The U.S. Geological Survey requires technical support services for the National Wetlands Research Center in Lafayette, La., and other agency science centers and field sites.
The vendor will provide technical support for programs and activities in five areas: biological and ecological research; information and technology transfer; information resources management; spatial analysis; and database development and mapping.
