Guard wants training system

The Air National Guard needs a tactical transportable communications training system that can provide a highly mobile, rugged, compact and easily accessible IT network. The system will support several guard staffs and directorates in the event of a national or local emergency that significantly disrupts normal operations.

The system should provide connections to Internet protocol router networks, telephone voice access to the Defense Switched Network and videoconferencing capabilities. It also must be able to connect to the defense satellite communications systems and commercial satellites for entry into the Defense Information Systems Agency network.

Responses are due by Sept. 29. Contact Danny Sanders at anny.sanders@ngb.
