NATO needs consulting services

The Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry is looking for a contractor to provide software engineering consulting support and ongoing development for NATO's interoperability portal called NATO C3, for the international organization's Consultation, Command and Control Agency.

NATO wants to complete the portal's connection to local NATO data sources and provide data integration and a search tool. Other work includes providing assistance in configuration management; bringing the system into compliance with NATO security regulations; creating procedures to transfer data; and designing and implementing new Oracle databases.

The contractor must have a NATO security clearance. The work will be performed on location in Brussels, Belgium. Responses are due by July 1. Contact Etta Munford at emunford@bis.doc.gov.
