D.C. seeks to modernize cops

The District of Columbia is looking for integration services to modernize police systems and operations. This project will replace a program for integrating information management systems and a program for tracking and supervising officers. Requirements include automated field reporting, arrest and booking support, crime analysis and case management. The project is expected to start next fiscal year.
