War game requires wireless network

The Marine Corps is looking for a vendor to provide wireless network equipment for its Sea Viking war game. Future war games will also require these wireless technologies, which will be incorporated into all unclassified games. The Sea Viking war game requires a large, powerful local area network.

The request for proposals calls for two servers, hardened cases for transporting the servers, uninterrupted power supplies for the servers and wireless networking equipment for the client machines. Interested parties must first send detailed quotes to Albert Filo at filoac@mcwl.quantico.usmc.mil. Responses are due May 11. Contact Valerie Tolan at tolanvk@mcsc.usmc.mil.
