Marine Corps issues RFI

The Marine Corps Systems Command is seeking information on nondevelopmental battlefield management systems that could be integrated into an M1A1 Common Main Battle Tank and Amphibious Assault Vehicle Communications system. The Marines want to enhance the combat and situational awareness capabilities of the fleets through a common battlespace picture.

Proposed systems should include a combination of nondevelopmental software and hardware components already configured for military applications, with planned developmental enhancements and growth potential. More information can be found on fedbizopps.gov, solicitation no. M67854-03-R-6037. Responses are due by July 31.
