Tactical command support

The Navy wants services for the Naval Tactical Command Support System, including design, development, integration, implementation, Web-enabling and life-cycle support management systems. The contractor will perform research, evaluation, design, development, life-cycle maintenance, systems integration, tools evaluation, training, technical writing and desktop publishing services.

Requirements include software requirements analysis, preliminary design and capture, detailed design, object-oriented analysis and design, coding and unit testing and developing business process, and configuration management. The cost-plus-fixed-fee contract is expected to be for one year with four one-year options. Detailed information can be found on www
