The government intends to solicit for professional operations management support services as required by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. Specific services sought include implementation of an existing corporate level strategic plan.
Performance includes implementation of the strategic plan at all department levels, database management support services and analysis and establishment of a proposed call center. This will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a one-year base period and two one-year options. The solicitation will be a small business set aside.
The solicitation will only be available at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/RFP1.asp. Potential offerers are asked to submit a statement requesting notification of the RFP posting via e-mail to Barbara.Thompson@hqda.army.mil.
