ASRC Federal has won a potential nine-year, $225.5 million contract to perform mission assurance support work for a Space Force program that provides full launch service capability to defense and other federal agencies.
The company will help the military branch engineer, integrate, verify and validate mission platforms for the Rocket Systems Launch Program. Space Systems Command received three bids for the contract, the Defense Department said in its Tuesday awards digest.
Work encompasses the planning and analysis of logistics processes for component sustainment, booster assembly and testing, handling and transportation, surveillance and motor refurbishment.
