Seacorp elevates new president from within
Systems Engineering Associates Corp. promotes one of its executives to the role of president as the company charts the next phase of its strategy.
ECS Federal's founder Roy Kapani led the acquisition of Systems Engineering Associates Corp. back in the spring and has now promoted one of Seacorp's executives to help lead the next phase of its strategy.
Nearly two-decade Seacorp veteran David Cadorette will step up to the role of president on Jan. 1, the company said Tuesday.
Cadorette succeeds David Lussier, who will step back from that position after five years in it but remain as executive vice president responsible for administrative staff and corporate infrastructure. Lussier has been with Seacorp for 30 years.
Prior to this promotion, Cadorette was senior vice president of six business areas. Cadorette and Kapani will lead Seacorp's efforts to hit $100 million in annual revenue after a year in which the company expects to see sales growth of at least 20 percent.
Middletown, Rhode Island-headquartered Seacorp is the second-largest contractor supporting the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Newport.
The company touts its core services as including core capabilities as systems, software and hardware engineering, and test and evaluation services.
