LMI elevates new homeland security market VP

Find opportunities — and win them.

LMI promotes one of its business unit directors to vice president of the firm's organization focused on the homeland security market.

LMI has promoted nearly two-decade federal sector veteran and a former business unit director in Scott Recinos to vice president of the homeland security market.

Recinos is tasked with working with customers to identify their current and emerging needs in support of the larger National Security Strategy, LMI said Monday.

He will also be responsible for leading the delivery of digital and analytic solutions, logistics and management advisory services to agencies in the intelligence and homeland security customer areas.

Most recently, Recinos was director of LMI’s unit focused on the Customs and Border Protection agency within the Homeland Security Department. He started in that role four years ago.
