CACI adds retired major general to national security tech sector

CACI International appoints a retired Army major general as a senior vice president to help oversee the company’s portfolio of technologies for national security.

CACI International has hired Peter Gallagher, the retired Army major general, as a senior vice president to help oversee the company’s portfolio of technologies for national security.

Gallagher will lead the integration strategy and act as principal adviser to Todd Probert, president of CACI’s national security and innovative solutions sector.

The company said Monday that Gallagher brings three decades of experience in leadership posts from the Army, Defense Information Systems Agency, Joint Staff, combatant commands and special operations community.

Most recently, Gallagher was director of the Army Futures Command’s cross-functional team focused on networks. He is also a former commander of the Army’s Network Enterprise Technology Command and chief information officer for Central Command.
