The board of directors for BAE Systems’ U.S. subsidiary has elected two new members: former CIA Director Gina Haspel and retired Air Force Gen. Stephen Wilson.

Both of their terms will run through April 2024, BAE Systems Inc. said Friday.

Haspel led the CIA from 2018 to 2021 and holds the distinction of being the first female to be director of that agency, where she worked for 36 years.

Wilson’s nearly four-decade military career culminated with service as the Air Force’s vice chief of staff. He also is a former deputy commander of U.S. Strategic Command.
