SOSi hires new general counsel, contracts lead

SOS International has hired Michael Garson as general counsel and Kimberly Parker as vice president for contracts, the company said Tuesday.

Garson is a two-decade defense and technology market veteran who most recently was general counsel and chief administrative officer at the former LGS Innovations.

Parker joins SOSi from Applied Insight and was its chief administrative officer, corporate secretary and vice president of contracts, ethics and compliance. Prior to Applied Insight, she led contract and subcontract functions at Leidos’ defense and intelligence business.
