BlueHalo makes pair of leadership hires
BlueHalo makes a pair of executive hires for its merger-and-acquisition and human capital functions.
BlueHalo, a defense technology company backed by Arlington Capital Partners, has made a pair of executive hires for its merger-and-acquisition and human capital functions.
Diek Minkhorst has joined the company as vice president of corporate development to lead M&A activities and Elizabeth Mashakas is now senior VP of talent acquisition, BlueHalo said Wednesday.
Minkhorst will also support broader strategic activities and planning functions in his new role. He joined BlueHalo after nearly a decade in investment banking and most recently at Jefferies’ aerospace, defense and government services team.
Prior to BlueHalo, Mashakas was vice president of talent acquisition at the former Centauri.
Like BlueHalo is now, Centauri was a former portfolio company of Arlington Capital until its sale to KBR last year.
