Maxar's board adds former Air Force secretary

Maxar Technologies’ board of directors has elected a new member in Heather Wilson, the Air Force secretary from 2017 to 2019.

Wilson becomes the 11th member of Maxar’s board with her seat being an addition and she will serve on both the compensation and risk committees, the company said in a regulatory filing Tuesday.

She is currently president of the University of Texas at El Paso.
