Former HPE leader joins ICF board

Marilyn Crouther who led HPE's public sector business has joined the board of ICF International.

The former leader of Hewlett Packard Enterprise public sector services business and the public sector business of DXC Technology has joined the board of ICF International.

Marilyn Crouther led the public sector services business at HPE and continued to lead it when it was merged into the commercial business of Computer Sciences Corp. to form DXC Technology.

When DXC divested the public sector business to help create Perspecta, Crouther did not make the move.

As a member of ICF’s board, she’ll be bringing her experiences in the tech business to the company. Executive Chairman Sudhakar Kesavan pointed to her strengths around business growth, forging partnerships and delivering innovations as a “natural fit for ICF.”

“Her impressive track record of leading large, complex IT projects for public sector clients complements our focus on high-growth, high-profile areas including IT modernization and digital transformation,” he said.

Crouther also serves on the boards of the Center for Innovative Technology and the IT Senior Management Forum.
