Brown named president of ORI

The customer experience and data analytics consulting firm ORI has named Shannon Brown as its new president.

Brown most recently was president and CEO of Primescape Solutions, where she led the 2017 acquisition HighPoint Global.

In ORI, she joins a company with a mix of government and commercial customers. ORI is a data analytics firm focused on improving customer engagement for organizations. Among its government customers are the U.S. Marshals Services, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the State Department, the Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.

As part of the ORI management team, Brown has a partner role alongside the company's co-founders in CEO Kathy Benson and Chief Operating Officer Sue Lynd.

Brown will lead all public sector operations at ORI.
