GSA adds 24 to human capital support contract vehicle

GSA and OPM add 24 small businesses to its large Human Capital and Training Solutions contract, bringing the total to 44 primes.
The General Services Administration has added 24 small businesses via an on-ramp to a large contract vehicle for human capital-related services used by the Office of Personnel Management.
The total number of small business primes under the Human Capital and Training Solutions contract now grows to 44. The first 20 won awards in May 2016.
About $37 million in task orders have gone through HCaTS.
OPM uses the contract to buy customized human capital and training solutions for government agencies. The services under the contract including training and development services, strategy services and organization performance improvement.
