Registration open for webcast on $34.5B Army RS3 vehicle
We'll host a free webcast April 18 on the Army's RS3 vehicle featuring its chief Thomas Stocks, who will discuss the success so far and where the contract is headed next.
It’s not to early to register for our April 18 webcast on the massive Army Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services contract known as RS3.
With a ceiling of $34.5 billion and 55 primes, this vehicle is just getting warmed up since its 2017 award.
The Army consolidated several existing contracts such as Rapid Response 3rd Generation (R2-3G) and Strategic Sourcing for Services (S3) into this massive vehicle that the Army is using for a wide range of services rellated to C4ISR systems.
We’ll have retired Army Col. Thomas W. Stocks, the current branch chief overseeing the contract, as our guest speaker. He’ll have a presentation and take questions from the audience.
He’ll discuss who is using the contract, types of services being acquired and how customers are looking to benefit from the vehicle.
And while 16 large business and 39 small have won spots on the vehicle, more awards are expected under a Phase 2.
