Find opportunities — and win them.

Announced just a month ago, ManTech's acquisition of InfoZen is complete and adds new IT capabilities.

ManTech International has closed its $180 million acquisition of InfoZen.

The deal was announced last month and brings more IT modernization, agile and DevOps software development, cloud and cybercapabilities.

InfoZen becomes part of ManTech’s mission solutions and services group.

Founded in 1995, InfoZen adds capabilities around IT modernization, Agile and DevOps software development, cloud migration and threat monitoring and assessment, ManTech said. Infozen's customers include the Homeland Security Department and NASA.

The acquisition adds 300 employees to ManTech, $100 million in revenue and an almost $350 million pipeline. Major customers include the Homeland Security Department and NASA.

InfoZen was growing rapidly when ManTech acquired it. ManTech Chief Operating Officer Kevin Phillips told me upon the deal's announcement that Infozen had a 75 percent growth rate from 2016 to 2017.
