NCI names new CEO as Clark departs

NCI Inc. has selected Paul Dillahay to replace Brian Clark has president and chief executive officer of the company.

In addition to the CEO post, Dillahay was elected to the company board.

NCI said in a release that Clark has resigned from the role to pursue other opportunities.

Dillahay joins the company after serving as executive vice president of CACI International’s Health and Litigation Support group.

Before CACI, Dillahay spent 15 years working for General Electric, Lockheed Martin, U.S. Investigation Services and ASRC Federal.

At Lockheed, he held several positions including leading the operations support business with the Information systems and Global Solutions division. After Lockheed, he was chief operating officer at USIS and then was COO and became CEO and president of ASRC Federal.

Clark spent five years at NCI, first being hired as an executive vice president. He became CEO in October 2015, taking the reins from company founder and chairman Charles Narang. Clark helped lead the company through a turnaround effort that ran from about 2011 through 2014.
