Attain builds cloud skills with ACF deal
Attain buys a Salesforce platform specialist as it expands cloud capabilities and adds new customers.
Attain has mad e a deal to acquire a firm that specializes in cloud implementation of customer relationship management systems.
The terms of the deal for ACF Solutions was not disclosed. ACF specializes in the higher education and nonprofit sectors and has expertise with the Salesforce CRM platform.
The deal expands Attain’s cloud-based solutions offerings and brings new customers to the Reston, Va.-based company.
“Joining forces with ACF represents a great opportunity to scale exceptional delivery of cloud-based technologies to our clients,” said Attain Chairman and CEO Greg Baroni, in a press release.
ACF will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Attain and will continue to be led by its co-founder and president, Kristen Sharpe. She will now have the title of managing director.
With the acquisition, Attain’s employee base grows to 500. The customer base expands to 150 education institutions, over 130 nonprofits and more than 30 government entities.
Attain also is adding ACF’s relationship with Salesforce to its own partnerships with Amazon Web Services and ServiceNow.
