ICF International appoints new EVP of ICF Olson

ICF International has named Louise Clements executive vice president, group lead for ICF Olson.

Clements joins the company from MRM/McCann, where she was president of the North America East and Canadian divisions.

She has also held positions at Facebook.

Clements holds a bilingual bachelor of arts in political science from Glendon College, York University in Toronto.
